Job summary

General Dynamics Electric Boat in North Kingstown, RI is seeking a Facility Construction Project Manager to lead capital projects for the Quonset Point facility. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget for new and renovated facilities, coordinating with business unit leaders to align with the 5-year capital plan.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in construction project management, and proficiency with Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD or Procore.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Four-year degree in CM/engineering with 5+ years PM experience, or 10+ years PM experience.
• Experience with MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD and Procore preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital project management for new/renovated facilities.
• Oversee design, construction, turnover, and outfitting of projects.
• Coordinate with facilities leads to meet production needs in the 5-year capital plan.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Administer design/consultant/contractor agreements.
• Direct multi-functional project teams and vendors.
