Fincantieri Marine Systems North America is seeking a CapEx Facility Project Manager at our Jacksonville ship repair facility. The role oversees planning, budgeting, procurement, construction, and closeout of multi‑million dollar capital projects, coordinating subcontractors, vendors, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of PM experience in infrastructure or industrial construction, strong financial acumen, and proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Project, and

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 8+ years of project management experience required, infrastructure operations, general contracting, commercial or industrial construction preferred.
• AutoCAD or similar applications preferred.
• Experience managing CapEx projects and facility infrastructure, including scheduling, change orders, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
• Strong financial and analytical skills in budgeting, cost estimating, forecasting, EVM, and capital project cost analysis.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
• Strong MS Project and Excel skills; excellent organizational, time management, and communication abilities.
• Adherence to ISO and OSHA policies with a focus on safety.

• Manage capital projects from scope development and budgeting through execution, commissioning, and close out, ensuring schedules, budgets, and specs are met.
• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules; coordinate contractors, vendors, site access, construction, and internal departments across concurrent projects.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, forecasts, and schedules; identify risks, variances, and change orders; provide weekly progress reports.
• Oversee project execution, regulatory compliance, stakeholder communication, and documentation to minimize disruption to shipyard operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
