Amrize is hiring a CAPEX Category Manager to define and align strategies for sub-commodities within scope, acting as the SME for suppliers and leading strategic sourcing for capital projects in North America.

The role focuses on maximizing benefits from strategic sourcing, developing frame agreements, and driving negotiation strategies with major suppliers while collaborating with Legal and internal stakeholders.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in sourcing or consulting.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Field of study: Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business, Economics or Engineering.
• Required Work Experience: consultant, project management or sourcing in large capital expenditure activities.
• Proficient/Advance in MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint; basic SAP knowledge.

Mansioni

• Lead and execute sourcing processes for Amrize capital projects.
• Develop category strategies and frame agreements with key suppliers.
• Negotiate complex contracts and manage supplier performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the organization.
