Qualifications

BA/BS in Supply Chain, Business Admin, Real Estate, Finance or related field required.
5+ years of experience in large scale CAPEX construction projects and strategic sourcing.
Strong understanding of building services, process equipment, construction and technical contractors.
Proven ownership to drive projects to completion within a matrix organization.
Excellent PM capabilities and MS Office proficiency including MS Project and Excel; SAP Ariba knowledge is a plus.
Proficient in English; willingness to travel 10–20%; EST time zone preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead local category strategies for CAPEX Construction and Facility Management.
Manage end-to-end strategic sourcing: RFPs, evaluations, negotiations, contracting.
Collaborate with technical teams to align scopes, specs and risks.
Negotiate with contractors and technical service providers; manage contracts and SLAs.
Oversee contracts, terms, KPIs, and adapt contractual framework to local needs.
Identify and mitigate technical, contractual, financial, and HSE risks.
