PGT Services is seeking a Capacity Solutions Representative to grow and manage our carrier network across North America. You will vet potential motor carriers, ensure safety and compliance, and actively generate load coverage through outbound and inbound calling.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, meeting metrics, and delivering timely dispatches. This is an in-office, on-site position requiring a proactive and hands-on approach to logistics.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with truck dispatch or freight brokerage is preferred.
• Strong focus on customer service.
• Driven to produce results, hit key metrics and push to reach new revenue goals.
• Self-motivated and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop new carrier relationships to expand our network.
• Thoroughly research prospective carriers to ensure compliance with PGT and FMCSA safety guidelines.
• Manage both inbound and outbound call volume to generate leads for load coverage.
• Schedule freight dispatch with approved carriers and ensure on time pickup and delivery.
• Quickly address potential issues and identify solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

PGT Services offers freight brokerage with integrity, expertise and precision, specializing in open deck, container drayage and transload, heavy haul and managed transportation. As part of the PGT Holdings enterprise, PGT Services has a flatbed first mentality, specializing in open deck freight transportation while providing full logistics service across North America.

As a Capacity Solutions Representative, you will contribute to our expansive network of trusted motor carriers, thoroughly vetting potential companies to ensure the safe and reliable movement of freight. This crucial role helps us scale our capacity to meet customer requirements and provide excellent transportation service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new carrier relationships to expand our network
