Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Capacity Deployment Lead for data center operations in the United States. You will own deployment of new compute capacity from kickoff to production, coordinating with partners, vendors, and on‑site teams to meet readiness milestones.

Responsibilities include on‑site verification, QA, power, and network turn‑up, with 50% travel. The role requires senior leadership, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to implement process improvements across sites.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data center operations or related field with leadership accountability.
• Experience leading large-scale compute or network hardware deployments across multiple sites.
• Proven vendor, OEM, or third-party workforce management against milestones and quality gates.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of server, network, and rack-level hardware for independent verification.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment outcomes for sites and data halls and meet ready-for-service milestones.
• Lead from construction kickoff to deployment readiness, including floor access, power, and network turn‑up.
• Maintain strong on-site presence during delivery, QA, and close‑out activities.
• Coordinate with site leadership through rack delivery, integration QA, power-on, burn‑in, and validation.
• Validate handover readiness for capacity units and data halls and ensure documentation and spare parts exist.
• Translate lessons learned into standards, playbooks, and performance metrics.
• Expand deployment processes to new sites and hardware platforms with evolving criteria.
• Communicate status, dependencies, constraints, and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to drive corrective actions when needed.
