Job summary

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) seeks a Capacity Building and Training Program Manager within the Office of STI/HIV/VH. You will lead curriculum development, training delivery, and stakeholder collaboration to strengthen public health capacity across Colorado.

You will manage staff, align activities with federal guidelines and state regulations, and ensure grant deliverables are met.

Qualifications

• Nine (9) years of relevant experience program management in STI/HIV prevention interventions, public health environment, or closely related experience.
• A combination of related education in Public Health or Public Administration, Social Work, Instructional Design, Adult Education, or closely related, and/or relevant experience in program management in STI/HIV prevention interventions, public health environment, or closely related experience equal to nine (9) years

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Capacity Building and Training Program to meet internal and external capacity building and training needs.
• Develop long-range statewide plans and program goals for Capacity Building and Training.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction to the program and supervise staff.
