You will oversee strategic planning, data-driven evaluation, and cross-agency collaboration, ensuring clear public messaging and effective program outcomes across Colorado.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Public Health or related field plus at least 4 years of documented experience managing people and public health programs to produce positive outcomes.
• Preferred qualifications include demonstrated experience in strategic planning, organizational or programmatic performance management, and grant writing.

Responsibilities

• Visioning, planning, evaluation, and strategic leadership to improve health outcomes.
• Unit oversight, management, and supervision of prevention programs.
• Public relations, communications, and relationship building with key constituencies.
• Risk management and collaboration with department leaders.
