Job summary

Kansas Department of Health and Environment is seeking a senior program manager to lead the STI/HIV/Hep C Prevention, Care, and Surveillance programs. You will supervise managers, set goals, and coordinate with KDHE bureaus and external partners.

The role requires advanced knowledge of HIV/STI programs, grant management, budgeting and policy implementation, with a focus on statewide impact and compliance with federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience directing or managing HIV/STI programs.
• Strong budget and grant management experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of STI/HIV prevention and care.
