Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Value Stream Manager – Capacitors for its Greenwood, SC plant. The role oversees a 200+ person shop floor, implementing lean methods to improve throughput and reduce waste while ensuring safety and quality across three shifts.

The candidate will partner with Supply Chain, Engineering and Marketing to meet production goals and align capacity with demand, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum of three years in manufacturing/operations environment.
• Experience leading production teams and managing multiple shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 200+ shop floor employees across three shifts, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency.
• Lead daily operations and serve as backup for Operations Manager.
• Develop and implement Lean current and future state maps to eliminate waste and optimize flow.
