Qualifications

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must reside within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC; no relocation will be provided for this role.
• Preferred: 1 year manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Review daily work schedule and verify material availability.
• Check specifications and drawings for proper machine setups.
• Assemble capacitor units using banding machines, crimpers and hand tools.
• Train and assist others as needed; meet safety and production goals.
• Complete 5S+ activities daily.
