Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Capacitor Assembler for the Emerald Road facility in Greenwood, SC. This 1st shift role will assemble capacitor units using banding machines, crimpers, and other small hand tools, following the daily work schedule and drawings to ensure proper machine setup.

Hourly rate is $20.00 per hour, with hours Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. The position emphasizes safety, quality, and 5S+ housekeeping in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• No immigration sponsorship is offered for this position.
• Candidates must live within a 50 mile radius of the Greenwood, SC facility.
• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and follow the daily work schedule.
• Communicate schedule needs to the Job Setter to ensure materials are available and inventory is verified.
• Review specifications and drawings to ensure proper machine setup.
• Assemble capacitor units using banding machines, crimpers, and other small hand tools as required.
• Train and assist other team members while meeting safety and productivity goals.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures and 5S+ activities.
