Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Value Stream Manager – Capacitors for the Greenwood, SC site. Relocation is offered. The role focuses on optimizing the capacitor value stream and supervising production across three shifts.

The candidate will lead 200+ shop floor employees, drive continuous improvement with Lean and Agile methods, and partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, and other functions to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing/operations.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in manufacturing/operations.
• Willing to relocate within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for 200+ shop floor employees across three shifts.
• Oversee the Capacitor value stream and ensure safety, quality and efficiency.
• Develop and implement Lean maps and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Marketing to meet goals.
• Align demand forecasts with capacity and present results in leadership forums.
• Drive staffing strategies and foster a high-performance culture.
• Provide backup for Operations Manager and drive key strategic initiatives.
