Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is hiring a Capacitor Assembler for the 2nd shift at the Greenwood, SC Emerald Road facility. The role requires proficiency in slitting, cutting and folding major insulation paper and working with the Group Leader and Production Supervisor to meet safety, production and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Residence within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC (no relocation).
• Preferred: 1 year of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Review daily work schedule and verify material availability.
• Assemble capacitor units using banding machines and hand tools.
• Ensure safety, production, and quality requirements with supervision.
• Maintain compliance with Quality Procedures and 5S+ activities.
