Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division seeks a Value Stream Manager – Network Protectors at the Greenwood, SC plant. The role leads the Network Protector value stream, guiding production activities, and deploying Lean initiatives to improve flow, safety, and quality.

Relocation benefits are offered for this position. You will manage 40+ shop floor staff, coordinate with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Marketing, and report results to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of manufacturing/ops experience.
• 1+ year of management/supervisory experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Willing to relocate within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC; relocation benefits offered.
• Ability to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee network protector value stream and 40+ shop floor employees.
• Lead continuous improvement via Lean and policy changes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production and scheduling goals.
• Present performance results in leadership forums.
