Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Capacitor Assembler - 1st Shift at our Emerald Road facility in Greenwood, SC. The role involves building capacitor units and following detailed drawings and procedures to ensure quality.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of manufacturing experience and a willingness to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Eaton offers competitive pay and opportunities for safety and process training.

Qualifications

• Relocation is not offered; candidates must live within a 50-mile radius of Greenwood, SC.

Responsibilities

• Review and follow the daily work schedule.
• Assemble capacitor units using banding machines, crimpers, and other small hand tools as required.
• Train and assist other team members as needed.
• Meet departmental safety and productivity goals.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures, including quality alerts and adherence to Visual Operating Procedures (VOPs).
• Complete required 5S+ activities on a daily basis.
