Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8+ years of experience, or advanced degrees with fewer years.
- Experience in MBSE practices and model-based engineering methods.
- Experience with systems engineering artifacts and lifecycle cost considerations.
Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of systems engineers across multiple threads (RAM-C, System Safety, Human Factors).
- Develop and mature allocation of compliance requirements to support lifecycle costs.
- Develop systems architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture.
- Contribute to system requirements development and analysis.
