Northrop Grumman Defense Systems seeks a System Deployment Capability Lead Sr. Principal Systems Engineer (Level 4) to join our Sentinel program across Roy UT, Bellevue NE, Huntsville AL, Colorado Springs, or Manhattan Beach, CA.

You will lead systems engineers in requirements, architecture, verification, and lifecycle analysis for complex defense systems. The role requires active DoD clearance, MBSE expertise, and cross-functional collaboration with product and systems engineering teams to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8+ years experience or higher degrees with fewer years.
Experience in requirements management/analysis/allocations.
Model-Based Engineering (MBE/MBSE) practices and tools such as Cameo, Rhapsody or MagicDraw.

Responsibilities

Lead a small team of systems engineers to develop artifacts across multiple threads (Logistics, RAM-C, System Safety, Human Factors).
Develop allocation of compliance requirements to support lifecycle cost model maturation.
Develop systems architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture.
Contribute to system requirements development and analysis.
Create unifying modeling techniques, procedures, and processes for model development and tool integration.
