Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a System Deployment Capability Lead Sr. Principal Systems Engineer – Level 4 to join the Sentinel program at multiple sites: Roy UT, Bellevue NE, Huntsville AL, Colorado Springs CO and Manhattan Beach CA.

You will lead a small team of systems engineers, drive requirements allocation, develop architectures with MBSE tools, and ensure verification across the ground segment. DoD Secret clearance and MBSE experience required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in STEM with 8+ years experience; or MS with 6+ years; or PhD with 4+ years.
• US Citizen with active DoD Secret Clearance, current and within scope.
• Must obtain SAP approval as needed.
• 2+ years of requirements management/analysis/allocations.
• 2+ years MBSE with Cameo, Rhapsody or MagicDraw.
• 2+ years of experience with C2, security, NC3, or related systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of systems engineers across multiple threads.
• Define and allocate requirements to support lifecycle costs.
• Ensure system requirements are captured in models.
• Develop systems architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture.
• Contribute to system requirements development and analysis.
• Advance model development processes and tool integration.
