Northrop Grumman is seeking a System Deployment Capability Lead Sr. Principal Systems Engineer to join a multi-site team for the Sentinel program.

The role focuses on requirements definition, allocation, and verification across the ground segment of the Sentinel Weapon System, with emphasis on MBSE and system architecture using Cameo. Ideal candidates will lead engineers, manage interfaces, and ensure lifecycle cost considerations alongside stakeholders.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship with an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• 2+ years of experience with MBSE practices and requirements management.
• Experience with modeling tools: Cameo, Rhapsody or MagicDraw.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of systems engineers to develop artifacts across RAM-C, system safety, and human factors threads.
• Develop system architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture.
• Contribute to system requirements development, management, and analysis.
