Job summary

Systems Intelligence, an Akima company, seeks a Capability Development Support Manager to support AFNWC directorates at Kirtland AFB. You will coordinate taskers, manage documentation, and assist senior leaders with program execution and reporting.

This on-site role requires a DoD security clearance, a STEM or business degree, and 5+ years in government or defense environments. You’ll drive PMI-style processes, maintain SharePoint sites, and deliver data-driven updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• Active DoD SECRET clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or business; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant government or industry experience.
• SBIR/STTR program knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage taskers using Task Management Tool; assign and track.
• Create and submit AFNWC/CT taskers and update related materials.
• Support Senior Leadership and Execution Support Leaders.
• Provide lifecycle program support for CD innovation programs (e.g., SBIR).
• Plan and execute AFNWC CD activities and meetings; capture minutes.
• Maintain SharePoint site design aligned with government requirements.
