Vault Roofing in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Canvassing Team Lead to manage a small field team and drive door-to-door canvassing efforts. You will coach five canvassers, set daily goals, and personally engage in field activities to generate qualified appointments and sales opportunities.

The role is full-time, on-site in Columbus, with a base salary around $50k plus performance incentives; total on-target earnings range $80k–$100k per year. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• Sales, canvassing, field marketing, or team leadership experience with measurable goals.
• Willingness to work outdoors, knock doors, and stay actively involved in field operations.
• Ability to coach, motivate, set expectations, and address performance concerns.

Responsabilités

• Lead morning huddles, set daily goals, recognize wins, and prep the field.
• Drive canvassers to neighborhoods and coordinate drops/pickups.
• Canvas with your team, coach through observation and role-play, track activities.
• Monitor doors knocked, conversations, appointments booked, and deals closed.
• Confirm booked appointments with homeowners via shared line; support other markets.
