Vault Roofing in Wayne, PA is seeking a Canvassing Team Lead to manage a five-person canvassing crew in the Philadelphia area and drive appointment scheduling for roofing solutions. You will lead from the field, coach in real time, and own daily team performance in a hands-on outdoor role.

This full-time, on-site position offers a base around $50,000 with performance-based incentives, and potential on-target earnings of $80,000–$100,000 per year with a company vehicle and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales canvassing or field marketing with leadership experience.
• Willingness to work outdoors and lead a canvassing team.
• Strong coaching, communication and performance-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead morning huddles, set daily goals, recognize wins, and prepare your team for the field.
• Drive canvassers to neighborhoods and coordinate safe drop-offs and pickups.
• Canvas with the team, coach via observation and role-play, and track activity.
• Record doors knocked, conversations, appointments, and sales outcomes.
• Confirm appointments with homeowners and support other markets as needed.
• Hold team accountable for attendance, punctuality and conduct.
• Interview, onboard, and train new canvassers as the team grows.
• Communicate staffing needs and coaching priorities to leadership.
• Support events and adjust plans when weather limits field activity.
