ATX Solar is seeking a Canvassing Manager to recruit, train, and lead a door-to-door canvassing team while maintaining personal field production and high accountability. You will coach the team, set targets, and drive appointment generation across assigned territories.

The role emphasizes leading from the front with personal production, team development, and performance-driven culture, offering strong earning potential and leadership growth within a fast-growing solar company.

Qualifications

• Previous management, leadership, or team-building experience required
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Ability to lead by example through personal production
• Comfortable working in a field-based environment
• Must currently reside within commuting distance of Georgetown, Texas

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and onboard new canvassing representatives
• Train team on prospecting, communication, and appointment-setting techniques
• Conduct daily team meetings and field trainings
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and accountability
• Develop a positive, competitive, and growth-focused culture
