Job summary

GreenEnergy Windows is seeking a Canvassing Manager to lead a field team and drive new homeowner opportunities. You will coach, route plan, and optimize daily execution to hit weekly lead goals.

In this role you’ll monitor performance, train canvassers on scripts and brand messaging, and coordinate schedules while ensuring compliant field operations. Valid US work eligibility and a driver’s license are required. Local travel and reliable transportation are expected for team oversight.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience managing door-to-door canvassing or field sales teams.
• Experience coaching field representatives on live customer conversations, including script delivery and objection handling.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize team productivity in a fast-paced field environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation for local team oversight.
