Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching; developing canvassing strategies; coordinating with sales and marketing to maximize performance; and ensuring daily field execution.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a door-to-door canvassing team in a sales-driven environment.
• Strong ability to hire, train, and motivate field staff.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate a team of canvassers.
• Plan neighborhood routes and daily field schedules.
• Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies.
