Job summary

Esler Companies, Renewal by Andersen's window-replacement division, is seeking a Senior Canvassing Manager in Texas. You will lead Proximity Marketing teams, drive lead-gen, coach frontline leaders, and partner with Sales and HR to meet growth goals.

The role emphasizes developing people, building high-performing teams, and maintaining a culture of accountability while ensuring canvassing compliance and territory planning. Travel across assigned territories is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using performance metrics to drive results.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Direct, constructive feedback and drive accountability.
• Canvassing, field marketing, door-to-door, or sales leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to travel throughout assigned territories as needed.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to walk for extended periods throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop multiple Proximity Marketing teams and managers.
• Drive lead generation performance and market goals achievement.
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent within the department.
• Provide ongoing performance coaching, feedback, and recognition.
• Partner with Sales, Human Resources, and other departments to support business objectives.
• Monitor team metrics, forecasts, budgets, and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and canvassing requirements.
• Support territory planning and execution to maximize lead opportunities.
• Conduct field observations and coaching to strengthen team effectiveness.
• Foster a culture built on accountability, respect, and professional growth.
