Qualifications

• At least 1yr of Door-to-Door Sales Experience.
• At least 1yr of Supervisory/Leadership Experience.
• Construction or Home improvement industry experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Results-driven, goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fast-paced and dynamic environment capability.
• Reliable transportation for commuting to various locations.
• Willing to undergo a criminal background check.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Income (On Average): $30hr - $45hr (Base + Weekly Performance Bonus!) (Paid Weekly!)

As a Residential Canvassing Team Lead, you will oversee and support a team of residential canvassing representatives in assigned marketing territories. You will lead daily field efforts, drive lead-generation performance, and actively develop your team to achieve and exceed their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of residential canvassing representatives.
• Motivate and inspire the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement effective canvassing sales strategies to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to set ambitious but achievable sales goals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and objection handling.
• Ensure that team members are well-equipped to represent the company professionally and effectively.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure individual and team success.
• Foster positive relationships with customers and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that all canvassing sales activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Stay informed about industry regulations and implement best practices.
• Generate regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and market trends.
• Present findings and recommendations to upper management.

Requirements:
