Grandview Roofing and Exteriors is hiring for an entry-level sales opportunity focused on generating leads and scheduling free exterior inspections and estimates for homeowners. If you enjoy outdoor work and meeting new people, this role offers training, mentorship, and a clear path to advancement.

We provide ride-alongs, field shadowing, and a proven process to help you succeed in the field. Base pay plus commissions with weekly pay and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners door-to-door.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work outdoors and walk neighborhoods.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required).
