Grandview Roofing and Exteriors is seeking an entry‑level sales assistant to generate leads, schedule free exterior inspections, and deliver clear estimates to homeowners. If you enjoy working outdoors and meeting new people, this role offers hands‑on training and a proven process in a supportive team.

You will participate in local marketing, ride‑alongs, and field shadowing to learn the process, with base pay plus commission and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners door-to-door.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work outdoors and walk neighborhoods.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required).
