DaBella seeks a Canvass Manager in Oregon to lead a field canvass team and drive lead-generation results. This boots-on-the-ground role requires motivating staff, coaching performance, and coordinating door-to-door outreach with a focus on professional homeowner engagement.

You will recruit, onboard, and develop team members while tracking metrics and ensuring safe, efficient transport to assigned areas. A driver’s license and willingness to work outdoors are essential.
