Job summary

DaBella is seeking a Canvass Supervisor to lead from the front, motivate a growing team, and drive our field marketing efforts. You’ll work with a team in the neighborhoods, schedule free inspections, and assist the sales team with estimates—no closing required.

This boots-on-the-ground role requires energy, organization, and a passion for mentoring others while expanding your leadership skills. A valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a company van are essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in canvassing or field teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
• Willingness to walk neighborhoods and work outdoors in varied weather.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Motivate the Team to meet daily and weekly goals.
• Provide coaching, mentorship and actionable feedback to improve performance.
• Recruit & Build the Team through screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Track daily canvassing activities and team performance; coordinate with leadership.
• Safely operate a company van for transportation of canvassers.
