We are looking for professional remote interpreters to join an international company and serve the community.

Future Group Translation and Localization Services is seeking Over-the-Phone Interpreters (OPI) and Video Remote Interpreters (VRI) who facilitate accurate communication between native English speakers and speakers of your native language during calls. Our interpreters provide exclusive services across various fields and industries, ensuring transparency throughout conversations.

Requirements

Your background and experience:

• Fluent in English and native in your target language.
• Over one year of interpretation experience in a reputable company is a plus but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus but not mandatory.
• Understanding of legal terminology is a plus.
• Healthcare industry certifications (PICSI, ALTA, HIPAA, etc.) are advantageous.
• High school diploma in your native language.
• High emotional intelligence and cultural tolerance.
• Excellent communication, listening, note-taking, and memory skills.

Technical requirements:

This position is fully remote; your home office must meet the following:

• Dedicated high-speed, private, and secure internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download, 4 Mbps upload).
• Wired Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi not permitted).
• Windows 10 or higher operating system.
• Computer with at least a dual-core 2 GHz processor (e.g., Intel Core i5), 8 GB RAM.
• No external devices other than a noise-canceling, wired headset with a built-in microphone (wireless/Bluetooth headsets are not allowed).
• Computer must operate in high-performance mode, plugged into power, with no use of tablets or Mac/Chromebook devices.
