Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is hiring a Cantonese or Mandarin-speaking caregiver to deliver compassionate, one-on-one home care. Earn up to $22/hr with the Caregiver Rewards Program, plus weekly pay and paid orientation.

Positions cover Brighton, Boston (Chinatown), Belmont, Brookline, Malden, and Lexington with flexible schedules, including full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts. Travel to clients’ homes is required with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Cantonese or Mandarin; bilingual preferred.
• Willingness to travel to client homes and have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work short hour cases and provide compassionate, one-on-one care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility as needed.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Communicate concerns and ensure client safety and well-being.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
• Respecting diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
