Job summary

Pechanga Resort Casino is seeking Cantina Servers to deliver an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will customize service for guests and maintain a professional demeanor. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the dining experience. A high school diploma and at least 6 months of relevant experience are preferred. TIPS certification and Food Handler’s Card are required.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of menu items (food/beverage/wine) is necessary.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions and documents.

Responsibilities

• Greeting tables with a warm and personable approach.
• Taking accurate guests' orders in a timely manner.
• Clearing all soiled china and glass throughout dining experience.
