Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is hiring a RISE Personal Care Specialist to assist customers in our Paterson, NJ dispensary. You will engage with patients, educate on products, and guide safe consumption methods while delivering friendly, efficient service.

You will maintain store standards, process orders at POS, follow regulatory requirements, and help ensure a welcoming, compliant shopping environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience or retail exposure.
• Ability to educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities
