Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to engage customers in our Rhode Island dispensary, guiding product selection and safe usage. You’ll educate patients and customers on cannabis products, procedures, and safety while maintaining store standards and compliance.

The role requires 1 year of customer service experience, flexible shifts including weekends, and valid ID. Prior cannabis experience is not required, but knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Able to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Must have reliable attendance and be 21 years or older.
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must comply with all cannabis regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail environment.
• Educate customers on cannabis products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend safe and effective regimens based on customer needs and product knowledge.
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused store atmosphere.
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy.
• Support store operations and compliance with rules and regulations.
