Job summary

Green Thumb Industries in Warwick, RI is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to assist customers at our dispensary. You will help customers navigate the cannabis menu, explain product options, and guide safe usage and dosing in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will also support daily store operations, maintain stock, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in ongoing product education to meet customer needs and company standards.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements
• Possess valid driver's license or state ID
• Must be compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry
• Prior cannabis experience not required

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a retail environment
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety
• Recommend safe and effective regimens based on customer needs
• Ensure store operations run smoothly and in compliance
• Verify deliveries for accuracy
• Maintain stock and store presence
• Follow security and safety procedures
• Carry out assigned duties across Front of House, Back of House, and Maintenance
