Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is hiring a Personal Care Specialist in Rhode Island. You’ll engage with customers in-store, educate on GTI products and methods of consumption, and tailor recommendations to individual needs. You’ll support daily operations, maintain compliance, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

We value reliable attendance, flexibility across shifts, and a strong commitment to customer service and cannabis education. Prior cannabis experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for cannabis retail.
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights and weekends.
• Must pass all required background checks for cannabis employment.
• Must have valid driver's license or state ID.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients and customers in a customer-facing retail environment.
• Educate on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of interactions.
• Recommend safe, effective regimens and stay current on product knowledge.
• Maintain a positive, patient- and customer-oriented work environment.
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy.
• Support store operations, compliance, and issue reporting.
