Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights and weekends.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Pass all required background checks including cannabis employment requirements.
• Possess a valid driver's license or state ID.
• Must comply with all cannabis laws and company regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients/customers in a customer-facing retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend safe and effective regimens based on individual needs.
• Promote a positive, patient- and customer-oriented store culture.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and assist management with store operations.
