Job summary

GTI is hiring a Personal Care Specialist in Florida to engage with patients and customers in a retail dispensary environment. You will educate on products, safety, and consumption methods, and tailor recommendations to individual needs while maintaining store standards.

Ideal candidates bring at least one year of customer service in a retail setting, are 21+, pass background checks, and can work varied shifts including weekends. POS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Must be 21 years or older and pass required background checks.
• Must have valid driver’s license or state ID and comply with cannabis industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a retail environment.
• Educate patients/customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend safe and effective regimens based on individual needs, staying updated on product knowledge.
• Maintain a positive, patient- and customer-oriented work environment.
• Assist in verifying order deliveries and support store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
