Job summary

Green Thumb Industries Inc. is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to greet customers in our dispensary and guide them to the right products and consumption methods.

You will educate customers, maintain a clean, compliant store, assist with deliveries and inventory, and support management to ensure smooth operations while upholding safety and regulatory standards. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service, knowledge of GTI products, and adherence to privacy considerations.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience
• Schedule availability for varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends
• Reliable attendance
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must pass all background checks including state cannabis employment requirements
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID
• Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry
• Prior cannabis experience not required

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and/or customers in a customer-facing, intimate retail environment
• Educate patients and/or customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of patient interaction
• Recommend safe and effective regimens based on individual needs and up-to-date product knowledge
• Promote a positive, customer-oriented store environment
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy
• Support management to ensure smooth, compliant store operations
• Enforce local and state cannabis regulations
• Keep the sales floor stocked and store presentation maintained
• Maintain documentation and perform duties across Front of House, Back of House, and Maintenance
• Follow security and safety procedures
