Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to engage with patients and customers in our Florida dispensary, guiding product choices and safe consumption methods. You will build rapport, educate guests, and ensure a welcoming, compliant shopping experience.

Responsibilities include assisting at the POS, processing orders, and supporting store operations while maintaining high standards of safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with retail or healthcare-adjacent exposure.
• Must meet scheduling and availability requirements including mornings, days, nights and weekends.
• Must be 21 years or older and pass background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Must have valid driver’s license or state ID and comply with all cannabis regulations.
• Prior cannabis experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients/customers in a retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend safe, effective regimens based on customer needs and product knowledge.
• Maintain a positive, customer-centric store presence and assist in store operations.
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy and support management in daily tasks.
• Adhere to security measures, safety procedures, and local regulations.
