GTI is seeking a personable Personal Care Specialist for our New Castle, PA dispensary. You will greet customers, explain products, and guide choices in a fast-paced retail setting, ensuring compliance and safety.

The role emphasizes learning cannabis products, maintaining inventory, assisting with checkouts, and contributing to a positive team environment. A minimum of one year in customer service and 21+ age are preferred; prior cannabis experience not required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience
• Meet scheduling and availability requirements (varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends)

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a retail environment
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety
• Recommend regimens based on product knowledge and customer needs
• Support management to ensure store operations run smoothly and compliantly
