Job summary

GTI is seeking a Personal Care Specialist in Philadelphia to engage customers, provide product education, and guide safe cannabis use within a compliant retail environment. You will assist with orders, support store operations, and maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere throughout shifts.

The ideal candidate brings strong customer service skills, reliability, and familiarity with POS systems, with a willingness to learn about cannabis products and regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum customer service experience; retail preferred.
• Ability to work varied shifts (including weekends) to meet business needs.
• Reliable attendance and compliance with all regulations.
• Must be 21+ and pass background checks including cannabis employment rules.
• Valid driver’s license or state ID required.
• Compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients/customers in a retail setting from entry to checkout.
• Educate on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend regimens based on individual needs and up-to-date product knowledge.
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused store environment.
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy and assist operations as needed.
• Ensure store compliance with local/state cannabis regulations and safety protocols.
• Prepare orders and manage inventory and front/back-of-house tasks.
