Job summary

GTI is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to engage customers in our dispensary, educate on products and consumption methods, and ensure safe, compliant operations. You will play a key role in guiding customers to appropriate cannabis products and maintaining an inviting retail environment.

The ideal candidate has prior customer service or retail experience, comfort with POS systems, and a strong interest in cannabis education. Must be 21+ and capable of working varied shifts in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer service, retail preferred.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends.
• Reliable attendance and dependability.
• 21+ years old and able to pass background checks.
• Possess valid ID or driver's license.
• Comply with cannabis industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a retail setting.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend appropriate regimens based on customer needs and product knowledge.
