Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience
• Meet scheduling and availability requirements (varied shifts) to meet business needs
• Must have reliable attendance and be 21 years or older
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID
• Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry
• Prior cannabis experience not required

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and/or customers in a customer-facing retail environment
• Educate patients/customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety
• Recommend safe and effective regimens based on knowledge of products
• Promote a positive, customer-oriented work environment
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy
• Support store operations and maintain compliance with rules and regulations
• Ensure local/state cannabis regulations are upheld
• Keep sales floor stocked and store appearance maintained
• Maintain hard copy files as required
• Follow security and safety procedures
• Front of House: Check In, Sales Floor, POS, Curbside, Roll Thru
• Back of House: Fulfillment, Receiving, Replenishment, Inventory Counts
• Maintenance: uphold cleanliness and safety standards
• Other duties as assigned
