Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Ability to work a schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Reliable attendance and dependable.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must be compliant with all cannabis laws and company regulations; prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a customer-facing, intimate retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of patient interaction.
• Use product knowledge to recommend a safe and effective regimen for each customer.
• Promote a positive, patient/customer-oriented store environment.
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy.
