Sunnyside is seeking a Wellness Advisor to help customers select cannabis products, provide consultative service, and ensure compliance with state regulations. You will greet customers, educate on products, and process orders with accuracy in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include inventory checks, up-selling, verifying IDs, handling cash, and maintaining a clean, organized store. Requires 1 year of customer service and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; retail or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and apply it in a consultative manner.
• Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide a best-in-class experience.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and usage.
• Assist in product selection and cross-selling to build baskets.
• Verify IDs and dispense orders accurately.
• Handle cash following SOPs and maintain records.
• Maintain inventory, organize stock and store displays.
• Keep the store clean and compliant with regulations.
• Escalate issues to management when needed.
