Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is hiring a Personal Care Specialist to engage with customers in our Warminster, PA dispensary. You will guide patients and customers through product options, explain consumption methods and safety, and tailor recommendations to individual needs.

You’ll support store operations and uphold compliance with state cannabis regulations. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of customer service and a passion for education about cannabis therapies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; prior retail in cannabis or specialty retail is a plus.
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends.
• Reliable attendance and compliance with store policies and regulations.
• 21 years or older and able to pass background checks for cannabis employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in a friendly, retail setting.
• Educate customers on products, consumption methods, and safety.
• Recommend safe regimens based on needs and product knowledge.
• Keep the sales floor stocked and store presence compliant.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and support store operations.
